Verified P&L by Sensibull

In today’s trading scene, everyone claims to be an expert in the market. These so-called experts scam innocent people by showing fake profits. After seeing this, they join their expensive webinars only to end up losing their trading capital by following their advice and the fees they have paid.

To stop this scam, we have launched Verified P&L. Verified P&L shows a 100% accurate P&L of a trader as the data comes directly from the broker’s backend. This feature will also help people know who the good traders are so they can follow them instead of fake ones. 

If you are a trader who wishes to share your Verified P&L, then follow the steps below:-

To share your Verified P&L, you must have a trading account with one of our partnered brokers. We have partnered with India’s largest broking houses like Zerodha, Upstox, Angel One, IIFL, 5Paisa, ICICI Direct etc. 

Then, you need to go to the positions page (https://web.sensibull.com/positions) and click on the “Share Verified P&L” button, as shown below.

You will need to link your Twitter account if you are sharing your Verified P&L for the first time. You can click the “Link Twitter” button to link your account.

Please note that one broker account can be linked to only one Sensibull account, and one Twitter account can only be linked to one Sensibull account. This prevents scams like buying in one account and selling in another account.

One Broker Account = One Sensibull Account = One Twitter Account.

Upon completion, you can see the linked Twitter handle and the unique name allotted to you. We assign unique IDs for each Sensibull account as it helps prevent multiple accounts of the same person.

Once you finish linking your Twitter account, you can share your Verified P&L. You need to click on the “Share now” button, and you will be able to see a preview of your Verified P&L.

Once you enable the “Share on Twitter” toggle and click on the “Publish” button, you can share the link to your Verified P&L on Twitter.  You can share only one screenshot per trading day. You can, however, share it as many times as you want.

You can also copy the link of your Verified P&L and share it on other platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram etc. (shown below)

To see all your published Verified P&L, you need to click on the Profile icon and go to Verified P&L. You can delete your shared Verified P&L and see your unique ID here.

You can choose to hide your full name and display only the first three letters of your name. You can do that by enabling the toggle button, as shown below.

Please note that P&L sharing will be allowed only between 3:30 PM after markets and 11 PM on trading days. This is to avoid intraday fluctuating MTMs that may not portray the right picture.

You can only share one screenshot per trading day. You can, however, share it as many times as you want.

If you wish to see the Verified P&L of a trader, then follow the steps below:- 

You can access the Verified P&L of a trader through the Tweet or the link shared by the Trader. You have to click on the link, which will take you to the Sensibull website, where you can see the Verified P&L of the Trader. 

You will also see all historical Verified P&Ls published by the Trader.

We have made the tool as foolproof as possible, but there are some things that you must check as a viewer while verifying the P&L. They are:- 

• Always check the associated Sensibull ID on all Verified P&L. You can verify the Sensibull ID you see on your screen with the ID shown in the Verified P&L page shared by the Trader to ensure it’s not fake.

• When being redirected from other platforms such as Twitter, always make sure that you land on the correct domain, that is, https://web.sensibull.com

• Remember that the image alone can be photoshopped. Always click on the link to verify the P&L.
